What are in the booklets?

Each 28 page booklet contains the following pages 

- Inside cover - Athlete information, season goals, space to note important dates

- Introduction to the badges for athletes and parents

- 8 levels of skills to work through. Each level with a double page spread with skills organised into Agility/Flexibility, Tumbling, Dance/Jumps and Stunts. Each level also has space for athletes to write down current goals, coaches notes and reflections on their work

- A flexibility and stretching guide along with example photos

- 4 page full colour photographic glossary of all terms used in the booklet

- Space for notes and feedback
